I'm currently attending medical school, and I can attribute my academic success to a number of mentors throughout my educational experience. As a tutor, I want to motivate students to enjoy learning and to exceed their own goals. I enjoy tutoring math because I believe that it is a subject that opens up opportunities for students to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills along with confidence. These skills are useful in all subjects. I also enjoy learning languages, which opens up opportunities to communicate and learn from more people in the world. I enjoy helping students develop an appreciation for language learning as well. In my spare time, I love animals, listening to music, and travel.
